are a ten minute drive away and the main town of Denia fifteen minutes.
The semi-detached property consists of one double bedroom and one twin bedded room, bathroom with shower, a large lounge/dining area with satellite TV and fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside is a spacious sun terrace with patio furniture leading into landscaped gardens within which is situated a kidney shaped swimming pool with separate toddler area. There is a large car parking area.
Beniarbeig is easily accessed via the A7 motorway (jn 62). The closest airports are Alicante and Valencia. Both are an hour’s drive from the property. Currently Alicante offers the most choice of airline with all the budget airlines flying in. Cars are easy to hire from the airport and can be returned there at the end of the holiday, it is best to reserve in advance. We recommend www.carjet.com.
The village of Beniarbeig
Beniarbeig on the outskirts of Denia, is a typical spanish village relying on agriculture for its livelihood. An attempt to speak spanish to the locals earns you a warm welcome! In the village there is a bank, post office, bakery, butcher, mini supermarket and newsagent and there is a large supermarket in neighbouring Ondara. Local producers sell fruit, meat and cheese in the square on tuesday mornings. There is also a small number of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Within a 30 minute radius from the house you can take in the thrills and spills of Benidorm, the wine growing region in the Jalon Valley, the mountain views of the Sierra de Seguria, the caves in Benidoleig, the Safari Park in El Verger, play a round of golf, take a boat to Ibiza or a train to Valencia... the list is endless! Whatever your idea of a perfect holiday you are sure to find what you're looking for here.
The nearest beach is just 10 minutes from Valle del Sol and there are plenty of beachbars, restaurants and shops selling seaside necessities all along the beach.
The town of Denia is a hive of activity: watch the fishermen bring home their catch each afternoon and then buy some at the waterside fishmongers; visit the craft market which is set up each evening in summer along the promenade, visit the shoe and fashion stores with high street names such as Mango and buy at a fraction of UK prices! Or simply sit at a pavement café or beachfront restaurant, enjoy fabulous food and soak up the atmosphere.

landscaped gardens. There is an attractive shared swimming
pool with separate toddler pool and panoramic mountain
views. Around the pool is plenty of space to set up a
deckchair, watch the swimmers and read a book! Alongside the
development are olive groves and orange and lemon trees
adding to the peace and beauty of the setting.

Booking conditions
50% deposit payable upon booking, with the final balance and
a refundable security deposit of £100 due 6 weeks before the
start of the rental period.
Payment options include payment by cheque or bank transfer.
Deposit will be refunded once the property has been checked
and cleaned after departure. Please note a lost or damaged
digibox card costs 90 euros payable locally (or deducted
from deposit if this has not been possible).
